Cell Catcher Clinic Edition is a stand-alone benchtop unit for processing urine samples on site, such as a clinic.

 

It removes the centrifugation step from the sample processing workflow. Once cells are separated from urine, a specially formulated preservation medium is added to the central hub, where cells are kept alive and in suspension at room temperature. The cells can be retrieved and plated once at the laboratory.
